I loved the professional development sessions about identity and STEM identity because that's a passion of mine. I loved the ones that also had people of color that were talking to us.

"I really enjoyed the process and being in charge of something, putting it together, being a leader, and making these deliverables. I honestly just might be cut out for business…I think the CUBE program has shown me that I do have natural leadership qualities, and I really enjoy that process."

I go to a very small Liberal Arts school and it feels like I'm in a bubble with limited diversity. Through CUBE, I learned about people from different backgrounds, and it was amazing and eye opening to see people learning the same content, wanting to learn the same things, but coming from completely different perspectives.

I probably have imposter syndrome, and hearing it from other people and how prevalent it is in the science world, opened my eyes and definitely made me more confident.

Everyone is so different, which is really cool. I've learned a lot about how people can approach problems differently, coming from different backgrounds, and contribute valuable parts to projects.

Each of us brought a different perspective and expertise, and that was really necessary for our collaborative project, which we were all excited to do, even though it was new to all of us.

Seeing everyone's uniqueness has just been really cool. I would say that's the most rewarding part of CUBE.
