Virginia Tech Advanced Research Computing (ARC) offers high-performance computing (HPC) resources and services to support Virginia Tech's research community. Similar to many researchers at VT, we rely on ARC for data storage and analysis, particularly in our bioinformatics projects. We are providing two tutorials for ARC users:

• Data Transfer & Management on VT ARC: This document provides detailed instructions on creating ARC accounts and requesting project space, as well as storage and compute resources.

• RStudio & Jupyter Notebook Interactive Sessions on hpc: ARC and other HPC users can follow this tutorial to learn how to run RStudio and Jupyter Notebook interactive sessions on a compute node.
