Dr. Alexandra Hanlon, Professor of Practice and Director of the Center for Biostatistics and Health Data Science, leads collaborative efforts across disciplines to advance health-related research. With over 30 years of experience, she applies sophisticated statistical methods to address diverse health challenges, including addiction, mental health, and aging. Dr. Hanlon's commitment to equity in the health sciences is demonstrated through her leadership in professional organizations and initiatives like the Collaborative Undergraduate Biostatistics Experience (CUBE),  an NIH-funded summer training program aimed at bringing awareness to, and diversifying the field of biostatistics, where she serves as the Principal Investigator and Program Director.
