Applications Open: October 1, 2024

Application Deadline: February 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST

Program dates: Monday, June 2, 2025 to Friday, July 25, 2025          

Move-in day*: Saturday, May 31, 2025

Move-out day*: Saturday, July 26, 2025

   *Housing: Students hosted at the University of Virginia (UVA) will stay in a shared furnished apartment with a full kitchen at Bice Apartments on UVA’s campus. Additional details regarding student housing at Virginia Tech will be provided soon. Costs for housing at either site will be covered by the CUBE program.
